How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you start a monthly or annual Pro subscription, your payment details are collected through Stripe's secure checkout. You will not be charged anything for the first 7 days. If you decide Deleix Invoice Maker Pro is not right for you, you can cancel anytime before the 7 days elapse with one click in the Stripe Customer Portal, and you will never be billed. If you choose to stay, your subscription begins automatically after the 7th day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time without having to call or email customer support. Simply click the "Manage Billing" button above or visit the Stripe Customer Portal link sent in your welcome email. Once cancelled, your Pro access remains fully active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your editor safely returns to the Free tier without losing any local invoice drafts.
Does upgrading to Pro send my invoice data to your servers?
No. Even with Pro active, Deleix Invoice Maker maintains a strict 100% client-side privacy architecture. Your customer details, line items, banking numbers, billing history, and custom logos are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. Our Cloudflare Worker only checks your license key signature against Stripe to verify entitlement status; it never receives, parses, or stores any invoice content whatsoever.
What happens if I go offline or your verification servers have an outage?
We designed our licensing engine for true operational resilience. Once your license is verified, the client caches your status locally and only checks back with the server once every 24 hours. If your internet connection drops or our verification API experiences temporary downtime, a 7-day offline grace period immediately activates. You retain uninterrupted Pro access for 7 full days while offline, and your saved license key is never deleted.
Can I use my Pro subscription across multiple computers and phones?
Yes. Your Pro license key is completely portable across all personal devices you own. Simply copy the license key you receive upon checkout, open Deleix Invoice Maker on your other laptop, tablet, or smartphone, and paste the key into the activation box on the Pricing page. Pro features will immediately unlock on that device.
What payment methods are supported?
All payments are securely handled by Stripe. We accept all major international credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not store or process card numbers on our infrastructure. All checkout flows support statutory sales tax and VAT computation where applicable.
